Delivery & Substitution Policy:
Our Guarantee
Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Flowers are perishable and each arrangement is handmade, so we treat quality seriously — if something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll make it right.
Delivery Details
We attempt deliveries 7 days a week, but we can't guarantee an exact delivery time, especially around holidays. You can request a preferred delivery window in the notes at checkout. Funeral arrangements may need additional lead time.
Hospital Deliveries
When sending flowers to a hospital, please include the facility name, phone number, recipient name, and room/ward number. Many ICUs do not allow flowers, so we recommend confirming with the facility before ordering.
Substitution Guidelines
Fresh Flowers: We may substitute with items of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look of the arrangement. For single-variety orders, flower type takes priority over color. White and cream roses are considered interchangeable, as are peach and pink roses.
Plants: Similar varieties of equal or greater value may replace a requested plant; color may vary for specialty items like orchids.
Seasonal availability: Substitutions help us guarantee timely, fresh delivery for time-sensitive occasions like funerals and anniversaries.
Recipient Refusal of Delivery
Occasionally a recipient declines to accept a delivery. Because we deliver on the customer's instructions, not the recipient's, the following applies:
- If we deliver the arrangement in good condition to the address and recipient you provided, and the recipient declines it, refuses to answer, or otherwise rejects it, the delivery is considered completed. You remain responsible for the full order amount, and this is not grounds for a refund.
- Our default is to bring a refused arrangement back to the shop rather than leave it unattended, unless you give us an explicit instruction to leave it (see "Unattended Deliveries" below).
- We'll let you know as soon as a delivery is refused. You then have 24 hours to arrange free curbside pickup, or request redelivery for a fee (see "Redelivery, Pickup & Storage").
- A recipient's refusal is not a quality issue and isn't covered by our quality guarantee, which applies to the condition of the arrangement as delivered — not to whether it's accepted.
Unattended ("Leave at Door") Deliveries
We don't leave arrangements unattended by default, especially in extreme heat, direct sun, or rain, since fresh flowers can be damaged within hours. You can ask us to leave an arrangement anyway, subject to the following:
- Only the person who placed and paid for the order can authorize an unattended delivery — we can't accept that instruction from the recipient. It must be given in the order notes at checkout, or in writing to our staff, and we log it with a timestamp.
- If conditions at the delivery location (heat, sun, rain) are likely to affect the flowers, we'll flag that to you and confirm you still want us to leave the arrangement.
- Once we leave an arrangement at your explicit instruction, you accept the risk of weather damage, heat damage, wilting, theft, or loss after that point. We photograph the arrangement at the location with a timestamp as proof it was delivered in good condition.
- We do not offer refunds, credit, or replacement for an arrangement that's damaged, taken, or deteriorates after being left unattended at your instruction.
Redelivery, Pickup & Storage
- If a delivery is refused and you haven't asked us to leave it unattended, we hold the arrangement at the shop for 24 hours at no charge, available for curbside pickup during business hours.
- If you'd like it redelivered to the same or a different address, a redelivery fee applies (equal to your original delivery fee, or our published flat redelivery fee) and will be charged to your payment method on file.
- Because flowers are perishable, if we haven't heard from you about pickup or redelivery within 24 hours of a refused delivery, we may donate or dispose of the arrangement. This doesn't entitle you to a refund, since the order was already fulfilled.
Payment Authorization & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method in full at the time your order is placed. Once your order has been fulfilled — meaning it's been delivered and accepted, delivered and refused by the recipient, left unattended at your explicit instruction, or made available for pickup as scheduled — that charge is final and is not eligible for a refund except as described in this policy.
- A completed delivery attempt — including one refused by the recipient or completed as an unattended delivery at your request — counts as goods received, and is not grounds for a refund or payment dispute.
- If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us first at 954-842-0507 so we can make it right, before opening a dispute with your card issuer or bank.
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed on an order that was fulfilled under this policy, we'll provide your card issuer with the order record, this policy, your acceptance of our terms and conditions checkbox, delivery driver timestamp/location data, and time-stamped delivery photos as evidence the order was completed as agreed.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by calling the store at 954-842-0507 up until 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Once an order is within 24 hours of its scheduled delivery, out for delivery, or delivered — including a delivery that's refused by the recipient or completed as an unattended delivery at your instruction — it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
